5. Content Restoration Following Counter-Notice
Under 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(g)(2)(C), upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Witch Voicesβ’ will forward a copy to the original complaining party. We will restore access to the disabled material not less than ten (10) nor more than fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless the original complainant notifies our Designated Agent that an action has been filed in federal court seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our Platform.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy (17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(i))

Under 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or Witch Voicesβ’.
